Exciting News - Part Three
Mon March 30 2009, 12:02:37
More great news for ex MDDCDancers going out there in the world for a cracking performance career.
Neil Weaver has secured a contract with Disneyland Paris and last Friday flew off to France to join ex-students David Heath and Julia Mohamadee.
Neil, 23, (seen as FrankNFurter in the pictures on this website) only started dancing at the age of 20 after spending two years in the Navy.
“I decided after leaving the Navy at 20 that I wanted to go for my dreams.“ It was only Neil’s determination and hard work that saw him become such a good dancer with no previous experience.
Neil always loved music and singing in school but fell in love with dancing and performing when he joined MDDC. His Disneyland Paris contract started on 27th March and is open ended with the possibility of transferring to Tokyo in September.
Just goes to show that if you really and truly go for your dreams, anything is possible.
Congratulations Neil, we look forward to hearing how your career progresses.
